General Manager
Minimum 5 years in same or senior management position

To head the various team and manage the resort\'s day to day activities
like Housekeeping / F&B Service / Kitchen/ Accounts etc
Staffing and Scheduling of the shift and allocation of duties.
Implement systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and Maximum Guest satisfaction. Also should be able to Facilitate learning and development for all the team members.
Minimum 5 years in same or senior management position and managerial experience at a star hotel is an added advantage
• Apart from fluency in English the candidate must also be able to converse in Tamil.
• Candidate should provide references from the past employers.
• Candidate will be provided incentives depending upon the revenue generated.
• Accommodation and food shall be provided.
.CTC would be 3.6 lakhs per annum
