The lining is edged with beatiful braid and rosettes at the corners, with little pockets. The collar is ruffled which makes me think that this 1920s. It is in perfect condtion. From to the bottom ie length is measures apporx 45 inches. It is quite wide let me know if you would like any other info. Could easily be worn or be a collectors item.
